Idle Thought: Females Feed The World

This story is inspired by a comment from my wife, as we were driving through our rural neighborhood. She suddenly asked: “Do males actually contribute much to our survival?”

I found out that she was talking about food. Where it comes from.

The eggs we eat come from hens — female chickens.
