Does Anyone Know If This Is Real? Russians Drop White Phosphorous

This is a disturbing video of a community being allegedly deluged with Russian white phosphorus incendiary explosive.

The above aerial footage is being shared on social media showing showering explosions of fiery white plumes igniting and settling fires.

It looks so much like CGI special effects that I had my doubts, but no one in the Comments section has called it out.
